- Avoid possible symptom triggers, such as vibrations
- Manage your stress
- Exercise regularly to improve blood circulation
- Avoid wearing anything that could limit blood flow, such as tight socks or rings
Whenever a Raynaud’s Syndrome attack will occur, here are the things that you can do to ease the symptoms:
- Move or massage the affected areas
- Look for a warmer place
- Run warm water over the areas in your body that feel cold.
