Low Dopamine Levels In Fibromyalgia

The fact that fibromyalgia may be a result of having low levels of dopamine in one’s brain, means that there may be a link between dopamine and fibromyalgia. Normal levels of dopamine are important to the most basic functions of your body. Low levels of dopamine can make it difficult to concentrate or think clearly. This may be the reason behind some of the symptoms that are associated with fibromyalgia.

Supplements for Dopamine Production

There are no dopamine supplements but there are other supplements that have been known to help stimulate the production of dopamine in your body. L-theanine and Tyrosine are amino acids that can help to increase the production of dopamine. Fish oil can also help to increase your dopamine levels and is generally good for your body.

There’s. no way around Fibromyalgia, I’m always in pain , everyday, every minute, I’ve tried some pretty stupid cures most of supplements known to mankind. I suffer in silence pain pills don’t work a lot of the times. I read everything on my disease. This is the point of self-destruction but I’m better than this crude

Mary… you described it best. Astonishing the amount of pain we are in and relief cant be found. I thought i was an oddball bc everyone i know with fibro, besides myself, has relief from therapy or pain pills or lyrica, cymbalta, etc… have you tried Kratom by chance?

I’ve started using CBD oils, CBD gummies, and going to the chiropractor. My body is feeling so much better, and now a flare up only last a day or two tops! I’ve gone off Lyrica, Topimax for migraines.
