Foods You Can Eat
When following the diet, you may want to limit yourself to eating the following foods. Do keep in mind that the food limitation is only temporary.
- Vegetables (except corn, beans, or peas)
- Rice
- Meat (except for processed meats such as bacon, hot dogs, sausage, etc.)
- Herbal teas
- Grain alternatives such as quinoa and buckwheat
- Fruits (except citrus or any fruit that you’re currently eating more than twice a week)
- Distilled or bottled water
Although it is rare, it is possible for some people to feel worse after switching to the diet. Perhaps it is their body’s way of reacting to the new foods that have replaced the foods they are used to eating. If you experience this, try to avoid those new foods you have introduced and see if you get better.
