Adrenal fatigue is theorized to occur when your adrenal glands are not able to meet the demands of persistent fight-or-flight arousal. Hence the body experience adrenal insufficiency. According to this theory, diagnostic tests are unable to detect this small subnormal adrenal function but your body can. Therefore, this condition is still not recognized in the medical field.
Adrenal fatigue can be a risk factor in various related conditions which include chronic fatigue syndrome, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, premature menopause, arthritis and others.

It is important to note that impaired adrenal function include more than simply exhaustion or fatigue. The other symptoms of adrenal fatigue are:
- Body pain
- Weight loss with no specific reason
- Low blood pressure
- Lightheadedness
- Hair Loss
- Skin discoloration

Thank you for this information. I’m now unable to walk now without incredible Fatique, pain in hips, upper legs and feet (like walking on pebbles). I also have been dx with severe Fibromyalgia, CFS and 2 buldging discs! Unsure of what to blame!

I am on adrenal fatigue pills with ashawanda, and other stuff plus u need to get the book “medical medium” . It has the cause of fibro, adrenal fatigue, lupus, ptsd, and others and what to do. U are very messed up with adrenal fatigue but it’s not recognized by drs. So your pretty much on ur own with diet and vitamins . Good luck

Has anyone Used Savella? I have been on it for 6 months. At first it was great but now the pain is creeping back in. The only problem was being so hot. I live in the south and was so hot I never went outside all summer. And the expense. Please tell me you experience with it.
