Symptoms of Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder usually does not come at one go, it develops gradually. It typically develops over three stages. Note that each stage can last for months before going to the next stage.
First stage is also known as the freezing stage. Your shoulder typically starts to hurt as you move it. Your shoulder movement range also starts to be limited. Pain and discomfort varies from person to person.
Second stage is known as the frozen stage. Pain might be less than the freezing stage but your should stiffens up and movement will be very limited. It will be harder to use your shoulder during this stage.
Last stage is thawing stage. Pain starts to reduce and your shoulder starts to get back some movement capabilities.
