Take an Epsom salt bath
Magnesium sulphate, or better-known as Epsom salt, can be easily absorbed by the body through the skin during a bath. To D.T.Y your own Epsom salt bath, draw a hot bath and add about two to three cups of Epsom salt to the water. Soak in it for about 30 minutes. If the water begins to cool, add more hot water.

How an Epsom salt bath works?
As the pores in your skin open, you will see small bubbles on the surface of your skin, which indicates that magnesium is being absorbed through your skin. You may begin to sweat a lot while soaking in the tub. That's because your body is now releasing toxins into the bath water. Epsom salt can also be taken orally. To do so, mix half a teaspoon of Epsom cooking salt into a glass of water and drink it daily (be sure not to mix Epsom cooking salt with Epsom bath salt) Keep in mind that Epsom salt has laxative effects, so take it judiciously as an overdose of it will cause diarrhea.
