The main cause of fibromyalgia is still unknown. The condition has been linked to dysfunctional hormones, nerve signals and spinal fluid pressure. Since the cause of fibromyalgia is not fully understood, treating the condition is difficult. There are many alternative therapies which can help fibromyalgia.  Craniosacral therapy for fibromyalgia is said to be an effective method for treating its symptoms.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a type of massage therapy that uses light pressure touches on key cranial points in order to trigger rhythmic motions of cranial bones. Those who have tried CST claimed that the therapy improved their nerve function, brain function, as well as spinal fluid pressure. All these are possible causes of fibromyalgia.

Yes! Craniosacral therapy does help Fibromyalgia! I had a 10 minute demonstration done and it made me feel better, can’t wait to do a full session! I have to save the money to pay for it because it is not cheap but it’s definitely effective.
