Coping with Interstitial Cystitis, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue

All three chronic conditions are difficult to live with. If you have all three of them, it can certainly take a huge toll on your everyday life. These conditions will make you suffer from pain, fatigue, not to mention the urge to urinate several times each day. Because of this, it’s common for patients to suffer from stress and depression, which can also result in an inability to socialize and loss of employment.

If your doctor has diagnosed you with these conditions and recommended certain treatments or medications, it is important that you follow them religiously. It is also a good idea to get support from the community, including your friends and family.

This was some very good information. I always read these post regarding Fibromyalgia. The more I learn the more I feel that I’ve been living with this condition as far back as my teenage years. Even though I was 50+ when I was diagnosed. I can honestly say that I have noticed every symptom ever posted relating to Fibromyalgia.
Thanks so much for the valuable information.
