Coffee

Coffee, or rather, Caffeine is often the cause of insomia and fatigue, both common symptoms in fibromyalgia patients. People with fibromyalgia are more prone to rely on caffeine for energy to get them through the day. However, other than helping them stay awake in the day, caffeine also keeps them awake at night. This, in turn, causes them to consume more caffeine the next day and falling into its vicious cycle.

Tip: Miss the aroma of coffee or tea? Go for decaffeinated coffee or tea for a psychological boost or relief of tireness.
