Whole grains

Nuts
Snacking on healthy nuts like pistachios, walnuts and pecans can give you a better and healthier cholesterol level. It also eases the inflammation of fibromyalgia and therefore should be eaten regularly.

Olive and canola oils
These oils, generously used in Mediterranean cooking, are anti-inflammatory. Hence, they help with easing pain in fibromyalgia.
