#2 Note down all appointments, errands and things to-do
Use a diary, planner or even post-sticks to remind yourself of all important appointments and things to-do. This way you can then keep track of all events and prevent yourself from missing any.

#3 Set routines
Set a daily routine for all your everyday tasks. For example, plan your route out step by step from the moment you get up to the moment you leave your house for work. Follow the same routine and replay them in your mind each morning to prevent yourself from forgeting to do or bring anything.
