New Symptom, Severity, or Condition

Sometimes, fibromyalgia anger will stem from a sudden fibromyalgia flare or appearance of a new symptom, or a condition, which makes the chronic pain syndrome even worse. Patients with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome have to deal with a dozen symptoms and even more. It is normal for them to experience a new symptom which can add up to the frustration and anger.

The severity of the symptoms that the patients feel can fluctuate greatly from time to time and it is difficult not to know when it is safe to schedule a particular activity or if there is a need to cancel an appointment, etc. Besides, some of these patients have to deal with several other conditions on top of fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. Aside from having to deal with the new symptoms, some patients may find themselves getting a new illness one day and this will only worsen their feelings of anger. They will feel like their body has betrayed them once again, which can be infuriating.
