Dehydration From Excessive Sweating

The most important thing to keep in mind when sweating excessively is to ensure that you stay hydrated. This is to replenish the water and electrolytes that you have sweated out.

You can replace these electrolytes by drinking sports drinks. However, if you do not have access to them, you can get these from supplements or from nutritious foods.
