#4 Baddha Konasana or Cobbler Pose
This pose helps open up the hips and strengthen the groin and knees. With regular practice, this exercise will help stretch the tense muscles in these areas which are causing stress and pain.
#5 Shavasana or Corpse Pose
Though this is a concluding pose of a traditional yoga workout, it can be done independently at any time to calm and relax the mind and body.
