Fibromyalgia Involves A Problem With Your Brain

Although the pain in fibromyalgia surface as muscle aches and tenderness, there are no inflammation or stress on muscle tissues involved. The pain felt is mostly due to the heighten pain sensitivity in fibromyalgia patients. It was found that pain sensitivity in patients could be due to an unbalanced brain chemistry causing brain cells to fire pain signals at faster rates or under what would be a pain-free circumstance to a normal person.
