Meditate


A basic method to relief fibromyalgia is to relax. Relaxation techniques such as meditation will definitely help you. It might sound difficult, but nothing is easy from the start. You have to get used to it and meditating would be a breeze. These are some simple steps:

  1. Sit down straight on the floor or a chair.

  2. Close your eyes and take deep breaths and empty your mind for 5 minutes.

  3. Do this 10 times throughout regular times of the day. E.g. Once when you wake up, before lunch, etc...

  4. Ensure that you meditate consistently over weeks.
