Yoga has the ability to shift your nervous system out of stress and to relaxation. This is one huge benefit for someone who suffers from fibromyalgia pain. You will be able to physically and mentally relax during and after your yoga sessions. A study in 2011 found that patients who took yoga experienced reduced pain.

Tip: Attend proper yoga classes at least twice a week. If not, you can try online DIY videos for a start.
