Ingredients
6 carrots
4 juicy oranges, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 sweet potato, chopped
2 inch chunk ginger
1 inch chunk turmeric root or 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Method: Run all these ingredients through a blender or juicer. Pour it into a glass and enjoy its healing power.
