Steps:

Wash the chicken and put the chicken into a pot that can fit in the whole chicken.

Put water and fill it all the way till there is 2 inches of clearance.

Remove the chicken and boil the water to full boil.
|
4.

When at a full boil, add the chicken, salt and all the other ingredients.
|
5.

Remove the chicken after full boil and rinse it with cold water.
|
6.

Put the chicken back and boil for another hour.
|
7.
|
After an hour, remove the chicken and cut the meat off. Serve some meat with the simple and delicous broth!
