Wheat Products

It was found that fibromyalgia patients are more subceptible to Celiac disease, an intolerance to gluten found in wheat, barley and rye products. Although a gluten reaction is unlikely to show prominent symptoms, it discreetly lowers immnue system, causes inflammation, fatigue and pain. Studies have shown vast improvements in patients who practise a gluten-free diet.

Tip: Substitute wheat-based bread, pasta and noodle with gluten-free alternatives such as legumes, rice or corn.
