Can Vitamin D Reduce Pain?


Studies conducted all over the world have shown that people suffering from fibromyalgia have lower levels of vitamin D in their body. This common observation has led to a strong connection between vitamin D and fibromyalgia but in varied angle. While some speculate that vitamin deficiency can result in fibromyalgia, others believe it could be the other way round. Unfortunately, there has yet to be substantial evidence to verify either school of thoughts.

Nonetheless, doctor and researcher alike came to conclude that increasing vitamin D levels in fibromyalgia patients could reduce pain and fatigue.
