How Sugar Increases Fibro Pain

In general, our body produces insulin to help metabolize carbohydrates or sugar and reduce blood glucose levels. Whenever carbohydrates or sugar is consumed in large amounts, our blood glucose fluctuates which can lead to muscle tightening and anxiety.
