Light exercises are particularly good to help with fibromyalgia as it keeps you energetic. Exercise also helps keep your muscles strong and flexible. If you are feeling fatigued, light exercise will give you that kick and you would be able to sleep better at night. Do light exercises such as brisk walking, stretching, swimming or even sports like tai chi. You will definitely feel better after exercise.
Tip: Exercise 3-4 times a week.
