Live today and stop worrying for tomorrow. Savour the good days and tell yourself you will make it through on bad days. Always make time for relaxation and enjoyable activities in your daily schedule like watching a comedy, reading, taking a warm bath etc. These activities help to bring your focus away from your pain. Meditation or mindfulness is a also good way to take your mind away from pain. Talk to positive friends or family members and spend quality time with people you love. Don’t let fibromyalgia stop you from doing things that makes you happy.
