Garlic Therapy

Yet another excellent natural herb that possesses bacteria-fighting traits, garlic has proved that it can help manage the pain of fibromyalgia. This is largely due to its content of selenium. According to J.O. Ban, chief author for a 2009 study published in Arthritis Research and Therapy, thiacremonone, one of the sulfur compounds found in garlic, helps to prevent inflammation in the body, making it easy to treat inflammation.

Garlic also contains antioxidants that contribute to reduce inflammation and pain. Garlic not only helps with the pain of fibromyalgia but also with fatigue.

To start your garlic therapy, eat 2 to 3 clove of raw and fresh garlic every morning. You can add into your salad, soup or sandwich. Garlic can also be taken as a supplement.
