How Does The Weather Affect Fibromyalgia Symptoms?

There are some people who have fibromyalgia who will notice that with the weather changes, they start to notice more symptoms with their condition. If the weather starts to get cold, you might possibly feel more aches as compared to the days when it is warm and sunny. The cold will cause your bones to become stiffer than usual and this is when the pain will be considerably higher. So do remember to wear thicker clothes if going out on a cold day!
