4. Set a bedtime routine

Make your bedtime as relaxing as possible with meditative music, therapeutic essential oil e.g. lavender or chamomile, a bubble bath or any other means by which you can relax at the end of a hard day's work.

5. Ensure that your bedroom is dark and comfy

Keep your room darkened, clean, cozy and noise-free. Install blackout curtains if you have to and make sure you switch off your mobile devices and TV before you sleep. Enjoy the peace and quiet that will help you sleep better.
