Track your diet in a journal

Maintain a day-to-day record of your diet so that your doctor/rheumatologist can decide which foods are good for you and which stimulate fibromyalgia symptoms. Look for a tracking system that is easy to operate and works well, like a daily planner, journal, Excel spreadsheet or even a personal digital assistant (PDA). Whatever you decide to go with, track what you eat along with all your feelings, activities, moods and symptoms after every meal.
