1 bunch celery
1 cucumber, peeled
1 inch piece ginger root
1.5 inches turmeric root
2 cups freshly chopped pineapple
Method: Wash and chop all ingredients. Run them through a blender or juicer. Drink immediately or store in an airtight container for not more than 48 hours.
