Craniosacral Therapy Improves Anxiety, Sleep Quality, Depression and Quality of Life

Another study tested the effects of CST on depression, anxiety, sleep quality and quality of life in fibromyalgia sufferers. The study found that CST has positive impact in treating depression, anxiety and sleep quality. Thus, it helped to improve quality of life in fibromyalgia participants. Researchers observed that these improvements maintained up to 6 months since the initial treatment. Only the improvement in the quality of sleep was still observed one year after the therapy. Again, such study suggests that regular practice of CST can lead to a substantial improvement in fibromyalgia symptoms like depression, anxiety and poor sleep.

Yes! Craniosacral therapy does help Fibromyalgia! I had a 10 minute demonstration done and it made me feel better, can’t wait to do a full session! I have to save the money to pay for it because it is not cheap but it’s definitely effective.
