Laughter therapy

According to various research done, laughter can help reduce pain. Mainly, it takes attention away from the pain and symptoms of fibromyalgia. So, put on a comedy show on the telly or if you can't, pick up an absorbing hobby that can take your mind off all the pain you feel. Else, relax in bed with some soothing music as music therapy also has hte power to lower fibromyalgia pain.
