Biofeedback For Fibromyalgia

Benefits of Biofeedback for Fibromyalgia

Biofeedback therapy can help treat several types of illnesses. These includes fatigue, paralysis and pain disorders. The therapy is also beneficial in treating some psychological disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder. Moreover, biofeedback has also been proven to be useful in reducing several fibromyalgia symptoms.

How Does Biofeedback for Fibromyalgia Work?

The therapy works by teaching you to better understand your body’s reactions to stress. When exposed to stress, whether it is physical or emotional, your body responds in many ways. For instance, your heart beats faster and your hands feel colder. Through the beeps and lights, you will be able to better understand how your body feels. Thus, biofeedback is the kind of therapy that helps you to be more attuned to the needs of your body.

      Hi Sharon
      I googled biofeedback for fibromyalgia
And several local places where they we doing the biofeedback in my area came up.
      I would suggest trying that.
If you are using your phone having your location on help. Otherwise they will list them all over place.
Feel better. I hope it works for you.
      I’m considering trying it myself.
